What a mess!

Pagelynn found her Grandma's Mary Kaye ( not cheap) lipstick and had tons of fun with it. It was so hard not to get mad because it was soooo cute. She came walking out of the rooms saying "so pretty". Luckily we she didnt get it on anything but her clothes.

Enjoyed a long visit to Utah with my grandchildren. We were all together for Mike's 60th Bithday.

We hope our sweet Hallie Rachel had a wonderful birthday. We will be in Utah Sept 25, the day after Mike's Birthday to see everyone. We also enjoyed celebrating Whitney's Birthday last Sunday with dinner, cake, and presents. Grandpa Ficklin also had a Birthday in Sept. We can't wait to see him and Grandma Rae. It was a last minute decision to go to Utah. It is a nice chance to see our children and grandchildren.

Well if you havent Heard trent and I are expecting #2 . We like to say pagelynn was very planed and a waiting process. this one was like oops we are having number 2. but hey we are very happy and cant wait to see what its going to be.

A while back ago I was babysitting my sister's kid and he was playing the WII, pagelynn kept taking a fit wanting the remote so I took the battery out and gave her one. This was her in the action. She even tried to run when the little MII was running. I think thats what shes doing in this picture.

We are officially moved out of our rental, it was a bitter sweet move.

Moving with a one year old is like you move 1 step forward and 10 steps back.... After I would tape up a box you would turn around boom Pagelynn would be right on top of the boxes standing on them....ahhhhh!!! if i had to write on the box so did she. LOL what a big girl. as you can tell in this pictures she was just sitting on this box but you can see her marker in her hand.,the little pill. if she wasnt doing that she was..........

In the mix of packing and cooking dinner last night, I hear Pagelynn just a laughing so I went to find her and this is what I find, Her unrolling the trash bags..She had a ball doing it as if it was the best thing she has ever done. When Trent walked in from work he said what in the world happened here. Then he got stuck cleaning it all up. Of course it got rolled nicely.

This is a picture of Michael and his brother Steve as they were young boys. (Michael is the younger one). This year on Sept 24, Dad will be 60. He was born in 1948. He is a wonderful person and I love him with all my heart. He is kind and unselfish and always looking for ways to serve others. He has served the Lord in many different callings thoughout his life. Right now he is the first counselor in the Bishopric. He is a great example to his family who adore him.

Our Home in Mo is for sale ...

One day Mike and I woke up and realized there were just the two of us in this big 4,000 + sq ft so we have decided to downsize. It has been a great home and we have loved it. GKaye

Monday night for F.H.E. Trent said lets wash the cars. So I thought uhhh ok I guess that would be fun.In the back of my mind I was thinkin your not the one that has to make sure Pagelynn doesnt get in the road. So I got the buckets and Trent moved the car out on to the driveway. I filled a bucket up for Pagelynn to play in while we washed the cars. As she sat there getting all wet in this bucket she was watching really close to Trent washing the car. She crawled over to me so i grabbed her hand and off to Trent we went.To our surprised she was a big help with the car washin. Well not to Trent as you all know hes kinda picky.. I just had to remind him its F.H.E and shes having fun. Oh ya the funny part was when Trent stood on the step rail (or whatever its called) to wash the top of the Xterra Pagelynn washed his leg like it was part of the car. lol

The other day when I was doing laundry Pagelynn was being really cute, She would take the clothes out then hand them to me and say "thank you" lol she has it backwards. Anyways then i just was into folding the clothes in a hurry and i hear her little giggle and i look down and there she was lookin at me like this...

What a slacker I am geeezzz... bad mom bad mom.. as you all know Pagelynn turned 1 in June. Her are so pics of her wonderful day.

I was surprised that Pagelynn wasn't bugged bye the fireworks.

The ice cream truck came bye (what a smart ice cream man) and we had to get some ice cream.. Pagelynn loves ice cream.
